Creating Space for Creatives
of Color.

We created Co11ectiva Co11ab as a place to cultivate and prioritize diverse perspectives in design and creativity. We support each other’s creative endeavors through our shared networks and by providing a space to be among community, to collaborate, educate/learn, and to create. Co11ectiva Co11ab is designed to be the co-working creative department the world needs. Collectively, we offer a variety of creative services and resources, creative space, and a sense of community.

 

Far too often, women and queer creatives of color are underrepresented in creative departments in the workplace. Likewise, most co-working spaces reflect this same systemic imbalance. Unfortunately, the lack of diverse creatives means that truly diverse perspectives are not prioritized or honored. Co11ectiva Co11ab aims to address these shortcomings and uplift our voices.
